Glo Premier League: Kaita’s Match-Winner Help Enyimba Down Kaduna United

Returnee, Sani Kaita, opened his goalscoring account for Enyimba FC on match day 13 of the Glo Premier League.

         The defensive midfielder scored a superb volley on Sunday, as Enyimba edge Kaduna United 1-0 in Aba.
Kaita, whose monthly salary at the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) club is reportedly been footed by the League Management Company (LMC) in a bid to encourage Nigerians abroad to try out the indigenous league, unleashed a powerful volley from the edge of the box into the visitors’ net to help the ‘Peoples Elephant’ claim all three points on 36 minutes.

The victory took the six-time champions’ point haul to 18 from a possible 39. Kaduna United remain in the drop zone with 14 points from 13 matches.
